2. Data Collected by EveryMusic App (iOS)

In compliance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, we declare the use of the following services and permissions:

• YouTube API Services The App uses YouTube API Services to provide music streaming.
  • Data accessed/collected: through the YouTube API, the App accesses search results and video metadata (title, thumbnail, channel, duration) needed to display and play content. If you create a playlist, the ID of the selected YouTube video is saved only locally on your device, not on our servers.
  • Use and sharing: this data is used solely to enable playback of the content you requested within the App. We do not sell, share, or transfer this data to third parties (including our advertising provider, AdMob), nor do we use it for any purpose other than music streaming.
  • Device data: as part of the embedded YouTube player, Google/YouTube may collect information directly from your device (e.g. via cookies or similar identifiers) as described in Google's Privacy Policy, independently of the App.
  • Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Ads and Tracking (App Tracking Transparency) We use Google AdMob to display ads. If you grant permission via the iOS prompt (ATT), Google may use your device's advertising ID (IDFA) to serve personalized ads. You can revoke this permission anytime in iOS Settings.
• In-App Purchases (Apple & RevenueCat) We offer PRO subscriptions. Payments are processed securely and directly by Apple via your Apple ID. We use RevenueCat solely to validate your subscription status. We have no access to your credit card data.
